These terms explain how orders, payment, delivery, cancellation and statutory rights are handled.

Scope and contract
These terms apply to orders from Harmonieoase, owner Mathias Grünsteidl, Hauptplatz 5/4, 3133 Traismauer, Austria. Product listings are invitations to submit an offer. The order is a binding offer; the contract is concluded by express acceptance, dispatch confirmation or fulfilment.
Prices, payment and delivery
B2C prices include applicable VAT. For EU distance sales, VAT in the destination country may apply under the EU OSS scheme. Shipping and additional costs are shown before ordering. For advance bank transfer, the total must be paid within the stated period and goods are shipped only after payment has been confirmed. This is not a purchase on account. Goods remain our property until paid in full.
Consumer rights
Consumers have the statutory cancellation and warranty rights described separately. Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of residence.
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
