Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period begins when you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, receives the goods. For separately delivered goods from one order, it begins on receipt of the final item.

Effects

We will reimburse payments received, including the least expensive standard delivery offered, no later than fourteen days after receiving your notice. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are returned or you provide evidence of return. You must return the goods within fourteen days and bear the direct return costs. You are liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

Statutory exclusions may apply, particularly to custom-made or perishable goods and sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
