How we can answer faster
For order questions, please include the order number, the email address used and a short description. For product questions, tell us what you want the fragrance to feel like: fresh, warm, grounding, festive, gentle or clearing. Are you choosing for yourself or as a gift?
For wholesale inquiries, company name, country, website, business license and a short note about your business model help us recommend suitable products and starter quantities.
Mail order with personal availability
Harmonieoase operates as a mail order business. Orders ship directly from Austria, and we support you personally by email or phone with questions about delivery, returns or choosing the right product.
Please do not send returns to an arbitrary address without clarification. For cancellation, use the online cancellation form on the cancellation page where possible; this documents your declaration directly and sends you an email confirmation.
