Ordering incense, oils or a thoughtful gift should feel as calm as the moment you are creating with it. That is why shipping costs, delivery country and available payment methods are shown before you place the order.
Your parcel ships from Austria. For Austria, many EU countries and Switzerland, the checkout shows what is possible for your address before you commit.
From Austria to your home
We ship with GLS. Austrian deliveries are usually especially quick; EU and Swiss delivery times also depend on destination country, seasonal carrier workload and, where relevant, customs handling.
After dispatch, you receive shipping information or a tracking number where available. A complete address, including company name, door number and helpful delivery notes, helps your parcel arrive smoothly.
Shipping costs you know before ordering
Exact shipping costs are calculated in the cart and checkout. Free shipping in Austria is planned from an order value of 49 euros, unless special conditions apply for unusually large, heavy or exceptional shipments. Other countries may have different costs or thresholds.
The idea is simple: choose your favourites, check the delivery cost calmly and decide with confidence. If anything special applies to an order, we aim to communicate it clearly.
Payment with clarity
The checkout only shows payment methods that are actually available for your order. Advance payment is possible: you transfer the total amount in advance and we ship after payment has been confirmed. Advance payment is not a purchase on account.
If additional payment methods are enabled, they appear directly at checkout. Full card or banking credentials are not stored in the shop.

EU & Switzerland: clear instead of complicated
Consumer prices include applicable VAT. For EU deliveries, the relevant VAT rate may be applied depending on destination country. The checkout uses the delivery address so the order stays understandable.
For Switzerland and other third countries, import duties, taxes and handling fees may apply. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these costs are borne by the recipient. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.
