We process data needed for shop operation, orders, service, security and legal obligations.

Data and purposes
We process contact, address, order, payment, shipping, communication and technical access data to operate the shop, fulfil contracts, provide accounts and support, prevent fraud, secure our systems, keep accounts and comply with legal duties. B2B applications may include company, VAT and protected business-document data.
Legal bases and recipients
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contracts, Art. 6(1)(c) for legal obligations, Art. 6(1)(f) for secure operation and legal claims, and Art. 6(1)(a) for optional newsletters. Necessary data may be shared with hosting and IT providers, ERPNext, email providers, the selected payment provider, banks, GLS or other carriers, tax advisers and authorities.
PayPal, Stripe and, if enabled, Amazon Pay process payment data under their own privacy notices. Klarna is not currently enabled. Full card or online-banking credentials are not stored in our shop.
Cookies, storage and rights
We use necessary storage for cart, login, language, checkout and security. Non-essential analytics or marketing tools will only be enabled after consent; none are currently planned. Accounting records are generally retained for seven years. You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority at www.dsb.gv.at.
